Manual Spot Welding

Manual Spot Welding

Spot welding should be preferred to arc welding owing to the reduced stress to which the body parts are subject as well as to the lower production costs.

In this specific case, this welding method can be applied by using a weld gun ― at which ends two electrodes are placed ― that, after gripping the parts to be coupled, welds them in one spot without any weld material.

Due to the absence of robotized structures, the operator can easily reach the car body to weld even in the most inaccessible areas.

Each system is designed in compliance with the most stringent safety and reliability standards so as to totally safeguard the health of the involved personnel.
