Arc welding is defined as a method for coupling metal parts by melting weld material, which is heated and brought to the required temperature by means of a welding torch. This specific process, owing to a large ease of handling, permits to get extremely resistant welds perfectly shaped to the parts to be coupled. In so doing, the product is guaranteed to be highly resistant and reliable over time even in those body sections subject to an intensive stress.
The process is fully automatic, except for loading and unloading the parts to be coupled, operations being carried out by a duly trained operator. Each movement is controlled through a specific software and tested prior to try-out or production stages. After loading the part, the operator will start the working cycle from a pushbutton panel designed according to the ergonomic rules in full compliance with the most stringent safety and reliability standards.
